The cheap Latin American food threatenes the European producers
The Commission's renewal of free-trade negotiations with Latin American countries may affect the European livestock breeders, meat, fruit and vegetables producers adversely.
The agricultural aspects of the negotiations could have unforeseen consequences for the agriculture in Europe – said Csaba Tabajdi, MEP to szabadfold.hu. The European imports of the cheap South American food, produced among favorable conditions may badly affect the European meat industry – reports szabadfold.hu.
