Looking for the cheap, canned beers
The big losers of last year were the glass packed, and alcohol-free beers were, but overall, the total domestic beer market was shrinking in 2010, as in previous years.
Within the sales, cheap beer and canned goods continued to grow. Hungarians increasingly buy beer in shops not in pubs or restaurants.
An average Hungarian, consumes fifty-seven liters of beer annually – reports Világgazdaság Online.
