Shot in Caseficio Torricelle in Paestum, Italy, the mozzarella capital of the world. Michele takes us through the delicate and detailed process of making artisinal mozzarella, starting at 2 in the morning. This project was commissioned by Whiteout's Alessandro Salerno, exclusive exporter of Torricelle's products in DE, DK and SE.
