The Eu retail sales rose, while a decrease occured in the euro zone
The volume of retail sales decreased in the euro area in November, compared to the previous month, but rose slightly in the European Union.
The EU's statistical office (Eurostat) on Thursday announced that, according to seasonally adjusted data, the volume of retail sales decreased in the euro zone by 0.3 percent in November on a monthly basis, after a 0.2 percent decline in October.
In the 28-member European Union, a 0.2 percent increase was measured, after the stagnation in October. (MTI)
