The first laboratory produced stem cell cultured meat-filled burgers will be served in London this week. Production costs were about 250 thousand pounds, or more than 86 million forints.
The prototype of the 31 grams of meat is consists of three thousand thin strips of cultured muscle tissue, which were produced from a cow’s stem cells. The “production” costs amounted to 250 thousand pounds (more than 86 million forints).
