Consumer protection examined compliance with the price stop
In the first half of February, consumer protection examined the compliance with the food price stop in more than half a thousand stores. Experience has shown that traders have reduced their prices with a small number of exceptions and are keeping the required stock in stock. Government officials have found only 42 deficiencies, and so far the authority has decided to impose a total fine of HUF 300,000.
