New beer trends
According to an analysis by the Association of Hungarian Brewers, the five major breweries sold 1.3 percent more beer in 2018 than in the previous year, 6.29 million hectolitres. Alcohol-free and low-alcohol products became more popular. Dr Sándor Kántor, president of the association told: last year brought dynamic sales growth in the premium and super premium beer categories. In the HoReCa sector premium and draught beers are prioritised. //
