Kellogg Acquires Two American Companies
The world's largest cereal maker, is set to buy Wholesome & Hearty Foods Co., a U.S. manufacturer and the Bear Naked Inc.
Kellogg said it paid a total of about $122 million in cash for the
businesses, according to the company's 10-Q report filed with the Securities
and Exchange Commmission.
