AM starts the spring seasonal food chain inspection
Following the practice of previous years, Erdős Norbert, Secretary of State for Food Chain Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture (AM), ordered the spring seasonal inspection of the food chain again this year, AM told MTI on Monday.
Between March 21 and April 18, food producers as well as food distributors, both in shops and in markets, can expect to be inspected across the country, they wrote.
The Secretary of State emphasized in the statement that the seasonal inspection of the food chain in the spring will focus on products that meet the gastronomic traditions associated with the Easter holidays. (MTI)
