Wal-Mart opens high-efficiency store in California
Wal-Mart has opened a new store in Sacramento, California which is said to be one of their most energy efficient stores in the U.S.
With the opening of this new outlet, the supermarket chain introduces the HE.6 pilot, the next generation of high-efficiency stores built specifically for the western U.S. Climate. The HE.6 store is designed to be up to 30 per cent more energy efficient than the 2005 baseline Wal-Mart store.
