14 percent of customers are willing to pay more at Christmas for faster delivery, according to one analysis
Mike Webster, senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Retail, said in a statement that consumers will continue to judge retailers based on their ability to meet their wish list during the holiday season.
According to the analysis, 39 percent of Europeans have already started holiday shopping and 64 percent of respondents will have their gifts delivered to their homes. More than 60 percent of them believe it is very important to track the delivery in detail, as this way they can be sure that the ordered goods will arrive on time. (MTI)
