The new wave of the crisis can destroy the improving willingness to purchase
Consumer confidence improved for the first time since the beginning of the crisis in 2008 in the EU's most populous countries, but the new wave of crisis unfolded in recent weeks, can easily destroy the optimistic expectations.
In many countries, the economic indicators rose slightly in the first quarter, and consumer confidence began to improve at the same time, the first time since 2008 – shows the Consumer Confidence index of Corvinus-GfK. The improvement, however, should be carefully evaluated, because it will be clear how stable the confidence is, only in the next period – reports Index.
