Retail area still growing in Hungary
According to DTZ real estate adviser's analyze in 2009 the retail area increase by 450,000 sqm in Hungary. In next 3 years the grow will be 1 million sqm.
Last year's end the total retail area
was 1.6 million sqm in Hungary. From this 66% is shopping centre, 28%
is strip mall and 4% outlet.
DTZ forcastes 150,000 sqm increasing in
Budapest and 300,000 in the country. 2009's biggest developing will
be the shopping centre (46,000 sqm) on the place of former Budai
Skála.
