Companies are in full swing to erase Fordist models
As part of a comprehensive study, specialists have created a so-called control simulator in the form of a playful psychological test, where they illustrate and analyse the effects of the uncertainties of the crisis situation experienced during the pandemic period. More than 130 people have participated in the control simulator so far, and the complex research results predict the development of new work organisation models, in which employee personality types can also be included.
