Top Seller, SPAR Master and SPAR Master Pro training and awards
Training opportunities provided by the employer contribute greatly to employee satisfaction. Knowing this, the company operates numerous programs, of which the Top Seller training closed its anniversary, tenth year in 2024. The aim is to develop professionals who are well-versed in the fresh produce areas and store operations, and whose knowledge gained in the training provides a good basis for their later development, as well as helping them to advance within SPAR and supporting their career path. The success of the training is proven by the fact that over the past 10 years, more than 400 employees have obtained the Top Seller title. The graduates are awarded their certificates by SPAR management at a gala ceremony, where those who have completed the SPAR Master and SPAR Master Pro training are also commended.
Retirement Farewell and Anniversary Celebration
Each year, colleagues with 15, 25 and 40 years of service, as well as those retiring in the current year, are recognized by the company management and invited to a gala, where they can meet each other at a ceremony and lunch.
