1) Balanced diet

4) Dairy products
They are a source of calcium and vitamin B2. We can diversify them, using yoghurts, kefirs, and law-fat cheeses. It is especially important for children and pregnant women.

5) Fish and legumes
They are a source of balanced proteins. 2-3 times a week we replace the meat in our diet with fish, seafood or legumes.

6) Fruit and vegetables
Vegetables and fruit don’t contain too many calories, but a lot of vitamins, valuable minerals and fibre. Therefore, we apply the rule of vegetables and fruit 5 times a day.

7) Animal fats
Animal fats contain saturated fatty acids and cholesterol. It is recommended to replace the fats of the animal origin with the vegetable oils.

8) Sugar and sweets
Sugar is the source of empty calories and does not contain any nutrients. It is recommended to eliminate sugar and sweets from our daily diet.

9) Salt
Let’s use it as little as possible, it is better to use herbs and spices and do check the contents of salty snacks.

10) Alcohol
Alcohol is high in calories and does not contain any nutrients. Let’s limit its use to the minimum.
