Old clients come first with Bortársaság

The philosophy of the Bortársaság (Wine Association) might seem strange at first glance: market conquest is of secondary importance to them. They regard maximum satisfaction of their existing clients as the first priority. – One of our strategic objectives is to provide a professional and expert service for the restaurants among our clients. The other is to provide the maximum co-operation for our clients in all areas of top gastronomy and HoReCa from selecting wines, finding new producers and items, to account management and delivery of bottles. – says Kriszta Kovács, head of gastronomic sales. The Bortársaság visits its clients regularly, keeps them informed of all developments of possible interest to them and prefers personal contact in finding new partners. Agreements signed with our partners are based on two forms of support. One is an annual refund after turnover at the end of the year, while the other is a discount. In the latter case, we sign an agreement for a period of 1-3 years. We provide accessories free of charge for partners who purchase most of their wines from us. We also organise wine dinners and training for our partners. – she adds. Bortársaság has over 400 quality wines, champagnes and brandies in its assortment.
