Premier Foods to buy The Spice Tailor for GBP 43.8m
Premier Foods is acquiring South East Asian meal kits brand The Spice Tailor for GBP 43.8m. In the 2022-2023 financial year the acquisition is expected to generate a revenue of GBP 17.3m. The acquisition is a good geographical fit for Premier Foods, and the company sees great potential to expand The Spice Tailor’s distribution in all of its target markets.
