The financial officers seized and destroyed about four tons, more than 1.3 million counterfeit Legos at the Liszt Ferenc International Airport in Budapest – the National Tax and Customs Office told MTI on Friday.

As far as toys are concerned, there was a suspicion that they are infringing intellectual property rights, so the financial advisers contacted the legal representation of the Lego design in Hungary, who found that the products were all counterfeits and asked for their destruction.

The damage caused by counterfeit products is almost 20 million HUF. (MTI)
