The quality of public catering can be enhanced with high quality ingredients
It is an important goal to prepare healthy and safe foods mainly from local and bio-based ingredients in public catering, which quantitatively and qualitatively meet the physiological needs of the age groups – Zsigó Róbert, Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture responsible for Food Chain Supervision emphasized professional day of the Hungarian Association of Caterers and Food Managers on Wednesday.
According to the communication, the Minister of State underlined that many measures have been taken since 2010 to improve the situation of catering and public catering. The establishment of the National Food Chain Safety Agency (Nébih) in 2012 has played a major role in it. (MTI)
