Madosz: tobacco growers need a stronger interest representation in Europe
In order to maintain Hungarian and European tobacco production, it is necessary to reach new political agreements and create stronger interest representation for tobacco growers in the European Union – the chairman of the Hungarian Association of Tobacco Producers (Madosz) said at the congess of the European Union’s Tobacco Association (Unitab) in Brussels.
Bényei Illés- the chairman of the Hungarian Association of Tobacco Producers (Madosz) highlighted the long-term decline in land use, the relative labor shortages and the aging of the profession as problems. (MTI)
