Lidl increases its employee wages by 15 percent on average
Lidl Magyarország is making another average salary increase of 15 percent. From 1 March, the salary of almost 4600 shop and warehousing workers is increasing – the company told MTI on Thursday.
According to the information, since January 2016, Lidl Hungary has implemented a total of 75 percent wage increase among shop and warehouse workers.
After the March increase in wages, the gross monthly earnings of retailers working in department stores are between 267,000 and 287,000.
