Beer production is affected by the raging heat
Even the beer market is affected by the heat on our continent. In the northern European production areas, the malting barley plantations have dried up because of all the hotness and drought – origo wrote.
Bloomberg quotes the data of the German Evergrain trading house, which shows that yields in Scandinavia, northern Germany and the Baltic States are at 30-40 percent lower in the recent period. (origo, Kovács István)
